Negima!: Magister Negi Magi, Vol. 24
By Ken Akamatsu
see relatedH.H.H.H...Huh?
Hehe...only a certain few know what it stands for. I'm going out on a limb and saying no one here knows what it means. And I won't be telling you. You'll just have to find out somewhere else lol
Anyways, I've had a strange couple of days. The Yanks won the WS, but I was so tired the next day that I was angry and couldn't get anything done. Today however was the end of that, because I went to the Parade! First parade ever. Pure madness. Even madder than an anime convention (and I never thought I'd say that) I loved seeing all the stars...too bad the crowd got in my way, every time I tried to take a video picture of the floats, I didn't get it high enough. Taking the pictures was even worse, so I won't get into it there. I'll just show you some of the madness around The Canyon of Heroes...
BTW, whenever you go to a parade, make sure you can stay for the entire day. Why? So you don't have to crawl under a "Do Not Cross" sign just to get to the train station after being submerged in a mob full of Yankee fans doing the same thing I was doing: leaving to get somewhere else. I had a reflection to attend, and I know I'd miss the one on Monday, so I had to go to this one. Luckily I made it on time.

A Long Time Ago...
Way back in my early Xanga days...
I had a site called fire_assassin_zero (only the devoted remember this site)
Originally a review site, this was the first site where I got my feet wet in writing online stories. I had written the first incantation of Fear on the site, then I wrote its sequel. Of course, after that, I stopped writing on there, then eventually shut it down.
But today, I found the original plot to Return to Fear.
I'm fairly excited about that!
So, I think while I'm gone on the weekdays, I'm going to have this retold on here. I think I'll let the first two chapters run unedited (which means expect some shoddy writing!). I'll work out all the details hopefully this weekend. Also, I decided to add to the chapter name.
So to set the scene: this is the sequel to the original Fear way back in 2006. So before that, Fear was killed off (although I think he may have been brought back earlier) and The Three Dark Sages were about to fight the The Three Light Sages. Courage was busy training I believe...
Return of Fear! The Rebirth of the Darkest Villain!
Every town in the Land of Montar would rather be enjoying a nice cup of tea or going to do simple house chores instead of having to tremble each and every time they take a sip or walk to the nearest garbage disposal. Some people are afraid to leave their houses, while others are afraid to leave their basement, but mostly everyone hid, or for some people tried to, into shelters, which by the way, was not in huge supply. Most of the people claim that they'd rather starve than be killed by the Three Dark Sages, and for those who forgot or are just beginning to read this story, they have come back after a centauries long slumber.
They immediately made their presence felt by speaking to the entire population of Montar saying that they was going to destroy every town they walk to. Of course, everybody believed it was nonsense, so the Dark Sages took a random person from each town and wasted them.
And that is why most humans are hiding in fear. The mayors' everywhere have called emergency warnings and tried to ready up the troops. But most importantly, they tried to get the help of the Three Light Sages. But they had no idea where they were, and if you again read the previous story, we should know where the Light Sages are.
But they're not exactly in great shape...
"Ferera!!! Arie!!! SHADE!!!" screamed Courage in disbelief.
"Heh, hello...C-Courage," said Ferera with a wry smile, "I guess seeing men in blood...no arms (and in Arie's case, one eye)...half a leg...that's not exactly what somebody sane would want to see." Chimed in Shade,
"Come on...I lost half my face. Always leaving everything out."
"Are you guys serious?" yelled Courage, "You'll never recover from this!!! W-what are we going to do...?"
"No, what is Courage, our now ultimate sage, going to do?" said Arie. Courage, taken back,
"W-what?"
"Did you forget what we said to you before you went through Takneo Shrine?" Ferera recalled. "This was our expected fa--well, DEFINITELY not this fate, but this was eventually going to happen, and in order to even compete with the Dark Sages and Fear...our powers must be with yours."
"I...I don't know..." Courage said shyly.
"It doesn't matter if you don't know, we've already made the decision..." Shade said. "But don't worry, we'll still be with you in your hearts and mind!" Then in a flash, Shade turned into multiple glowing orbs.
"W...what's going on?" questioned Courage.
"We enchanted the spell to permanently give you our powers," Arie said. "Please use our powers well!" Like Shade, he turned into multiple glowing orbs.
"No! I...I want to think this over--"
"No, the spell has already been enchanted. It cannot be stopped. At all costs, the Dark Sages and Fear must be stopped. Since we've been hurt, you'll have 1/3 of our powers, but eventually you'll save this world...sayonara, young one!" At this moment, once Ferera turned into light, the other orbs turned into light, making Courage ascend to the sky...and in a matter of minutes, Courage was transformed...
(Heh...yeah I realize there's a lot of errors, but I said I wouldn't edit this chapter or the next. I think I'll post the second chapter on Thursday. From there, I'll see about editing the rest of the story. Please comment, rec, whatever! Criticize it lol)

Wow.
I've been on Xanga on the weekends like I said I have, but it feels like I have been so far away from Xanga...
I've been pretty busy: writing stories, writing homework essays, studying, and work. I never thought I'd be this busy. College can sure be tough...
But oh well. Nothing I can really do about it. I just have to do what needs to be done.
Anyways, enough about my woes. How's everyone else doing?
